Individual therapy
For individual therapy sessions, I will follow your lead. For some, therapy is an outlet to work through their struggles, and process things that have occurred in their life. For others, therapy is a place to learn specific strategies to help navigate situations, or to cope. I will use my expertise to determine the right approach for you. Couples therapy
In my couples therapy sessions, I lean on my training and clinical experience with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). The goal of EFT is to deepen each partner’s emotional awareness, and to use that information to pin down what’s really going wrong in the relationship dynamic. If you and your partner have challenges in the following areas, booking a couples therapy session might be a good place to start

Parenting can be tough. I have more than 15 years of experience working with children and youth, many of whom struggled with various emotional, behavioural, learning, and other concerns. Whether you are a single parent looking for support managing, or two parents struggling to find common ground, I believe i can support your parenting goals and build upon them.
